The terms that apply when you use Harbour.

Shared threat data

X.1You agree that we may take from your DMARC aggregate reports the IP addresses of servers that fail DMARC checks for your domains, and use them, together with similar data from other customers, to build a shared threat dataset. We act as an independent controller for this purpose, not as your processor.

X.2We will only share counts from the shared threat dataset, such as how many customers an IP address has targeted. We will never disclose your identity, your domains, your reports or any other information that identifies you to another customer.

X.3You may opt out of contributing to the shared threat dataset at any time in your account settings. If you opt out, you will also stop seeing shared counts.

X.4We provide shared threat data for information only. We do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete, and you should not rely on it as the only basis for blocking or allowing email.
